Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects from briefing to completion.
• Develop production schedules, timelines, and task lists; maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors; prepare briefs and on-site plans.
• Support on-site execution, manage logistics, and assist with post-event reporting.
• Monitor budgets and timelines; liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.
