Job summary

Pico Singapore is seeking an Associate Producer to help plan, coordinate, and deliver events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects. You’ll work with Producers, Senior Producers, and cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life with strong attention to timelines and budgets.

You will coordinate activities across multiple departments, liaise with vendors, support on-site execution, and ensure projects meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, Theatre Production, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in event production, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or integrated event projects.
• Experience supporting project planning, production coordination, vendor management, and on-site event execution.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing projects from briefing to completion.
• Develop project schedules, production plans, and task lists; maintain documentation and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
• Assist with client communications and coordinate project requirements and updates under supervision.
• Support on-site execution, venue coordination, and post-event reporting.
