Vantage Automotive Limited is seeking an Executive, Service Operations & NPS to enhance dealer service performance and customer experience in Singapore. You will monitor workshop productivity, analyze feedback, and drive improvement actions with dealer partners.

You will prepare dashboards and reports, coordinate service programs, and support aftersales campaigns across fleets and corporate partners. Strong analytical skills and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in automotive aftersales or service operations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Monitor dealer workshop performance, productivity, and service quality.
• Analyze NPS results, customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery trends.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance updates for management.
• Coordinate root-cause reviews and follow-up on improvement actions with dealers.
• Support aftersales campaigns, fleet servicing, and cross-functional initiatives.
