Vantage Automotive Limited is seeking an Executive, Technical, Training & Warranty to support our dealer network with diagnostics, training, and warranty initiatives in Singapore. You will collaborate with service teams and the Principal to ensure efficient workshop operations and knowledge sharing.

You will plan and deliver technical training, monitor compliance, and assist with new product launches and service campaigns across the network.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential for diagnostics and training.
• Clear communication and presentation skills needed to explain tech to stakeholders.
• Experience in training, warranty processes, or dealer network operations is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide second-level diagnostic and troubleshooting support to the dealer network.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver technical, product, warranty, and service training.
• Coordinate across Workshop, Service, Parts, Customer Service, and Warranty teams.
