Job summary

Commonwealth Kokubu Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a logistics support professional to assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and stock control. You will communicate with customers and stores, document performance, and help generate sales billing and inventory postings.

The role requires bilingual English and Mandarin or Malay ability, good interpersonal skills, and comfort working in a warehouse with a hybrid work arrangement. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• GCE O/ A level or Diploma is required.
• Fluent in English; bilingual with Mandarin or Malay preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support order processing selection list and delivery orders via WMS.
• Coordinate information with relevant parties by phone or email.
• Document service performance on delivery matters such as damages.
• Collate data on delivery orders, delays, and adjustments for reports.
• Assist in generating fortnightly and monthly sales billing.
• Assist in generating Post Goods Issue in system.
• Handle ad-hoc customer requests for non-promotional items and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain monthly reports and coordinate with internal/external customers.
• Track inventory receipts and ensure correct item description, packing size, and quantity.
• Assist in stock & cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and verification.
• Assist in labeling tasks and other duties as assigned.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and a hybrid work environment.

Job description

Key Tasks:

• Support in order processing selection list and delivery order and receiving orders via the warehouse management system.

• Support communicate and coordinate information to relevant parties via telephone or email

• Record and document Service Performance on delivery matter such as item damage, short/over delivery during delivery to the stores

• Collate information on number of manual replacement delivery orders issued, daily order cubic/case number of computer delivery order issued, summary of order adjustment, special delay and split delivery made by stores

• Support in generate fortnightly and monthly sales billing for Finance Department

• Assist in generate Post Goods Issue in system

• For non-promotional items, ad-hoc customer request processing, ensure right product, packing size and quantity tally with the notification given.

• Monthly report compilation.

• Meet and coordinate processes with internal and external customers

• Track all items (inventory and non-inventory) received on time for delivery to the stores, ensure product description, packing size and quantity, ensure all are correct order before distribution

• Assist in coordinate and perform stock & cycle count.

• Assist in perform and coordinate inventory adjustment and verification.

• Assist in labelling tasks.

• Other ac hoc tasks as assigned by reporting officer.

• Maintain Warehouse Housekeeping at work area at all times

Skills & Competencies:

• GCE ‘O’ level/GCE ‘A’ level/Diploma holders

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Malay

• Good interpersonal & communications skills

• Ability to interact with all level including customers, warehouse staff and drivers

• Competency with basic Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel

• Ability to analyse situations and develop solutions to problems

• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

• Experience in trading or logistics will be a plus

• Fresh graduate and those without experience is welcome to apply
