Job summary

INDOSHOP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to support our growing retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations.

This hands-on role covers order fulfilment, warehouse operations, inventory handling, logistics and distribution, with a typical daily flow of packing orders in the morning and distribution in the afternoon. The position requires a valid Singapore driving license and physical fitness for hands-on warehouse work.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent is required.
• Must hold a valid Singapore driving license.
• Physically fit for hands-on warehouse work and heavy cartons.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack retail, wholesale and e-commerce customer orders accurately.
• Check products, quantities and expiry dates before packing.
• Receive, unload, organize and replenish incoming stock.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare customer orders and load goods into the company vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
• Handle heavier cartons safely with appropriate tools or assistance.
• Transport and distribute customer orders safely and on time.
• Plan and follow efficient daily routes.
• Load and unload goods at customer locations.
• Verify orders and obtain acknowledgement where required.

Job Overview

INDOSHOP is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Logistics Executive to support our growing retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations.

This is a hands-on operations role covering order fulfilment, warehouse operations, inventory handling, logistics and customer order distribution.

The typical daily workflow involves preparing and packing customer orders in the morning, followed by customer order distribution and logistics activities in the afternoon.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Saturday (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

*Flexible 1-hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfilment

• Pick and pack retail, wholesale and e-commerce customer orders accurately.
• Check products, quantities and expiry dates before packing.
• Receive, unload, organize and replenish incoming stock.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare customer orders and load goods into the company vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
• Handle heavier cartons safely using trolleys, equipment and other appropriate tools or assistance.

Logistics & Distribution

• Transport and distribute customer orders safely and on time.
• Plan and follow efficient daily routes.
• Load and unload goods at customer locations.
• Verify orders and obtain acknowledgement where required.
• Handle products carefully to prevent loss or damage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle.
• Report any logistics, vehicle or customer related issues promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents (PR), or candidates who have valid authorization to work for INDOSHOP in Singapore, subject to prevailing MOM requirements.
• Must hold a valid Singapore driving license.
• Candidates licensed and experienced to drive larger commercial vehicles/trucks are preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work, including handling heavier cartons with appropriate tools and assistance.
• Comfortable driving a van or commercial vehicle.
• Responsible and safety-conscious on the road.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic smartphone skills for WhatsApp, navigation, order information and logistics coordination.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, retail, e-commerce or FMCG experience is an advantage but not essential.
