Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Support to receive, store and distribute finished goods and raw materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and following safety regulations.

The role includes operating Forklift, Reach Truck and VNA Truck safely, performing all receiving, put-away, picking, packing and loading tasks, and coordinating with production to ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute finished goods and raw materials; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate Forklift, Reach Truck and VNA Truck safely and efficiently.
• Perform receiving and unloading of shipments; verify against documentation and inspect for damages.
• Perform put-away, picking, and packing; ensure accuracy with system records.
• Liaise with production to issue Raw Material as needed; conduct routine stock checks.

Job Summary

Warehouse Support is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing finished goods and raw materials. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy and assisting in the smooth execution of day-to-day warehouse activities in compliance with all safety regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

Housekeeping:

• Perform daily cleaning for all MHE to prevent dirt and pellet debris.
• Always keep the warehouse clean, organized, and following safety guidelines and protocols.

Material Handling Equipment (MHE):

• Able to operate Forklift, Reach Truck and VNA Truck safely and efficiently.

Import Activities:

• Perform receive incoming shipments of goods, verify their accuracy against Put-away Document (PAD), and inspect for damages.
• Perform unload incoming raw materials with standard practice and ensure labels are accurately affixed.

Export Activities:

• Perform pre-loading inspection for all FCL, LCL, and Local Malaysia shipment to ensure outer of FG was intact, container no. and seal no was tally and condition of container was seaworthy to loading.
• Perform loading FG according to customer name, shipment number, items, and quantity to ensure completion of loading without any discrepancy.

Picking & Put-away:

• Perform picking and packing orders for shipment, ensuring goods are accurately pulled and packaged for delivery.
• Perform put-away raw materials and finished goods by following standard practice such as physical location and quantity must tally with system.

Issue RM Support Production:

• Able to liaise with production and issue Raw Material to support on time based on a MO picking list.

Inventory Management:

• Perform routine stock checks and assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts.

Administration:

• To ensure proper documents have been received and understood the work content in order before performing warehouse daily activities.

Safety Compliance:

• Always follow the safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free and compliant warehouse environment.

Education Qualification & Work Experience

• Min Secondary 4 / GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ / Nitec or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures.

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a related field.

Specific Knowledge

• Basic computer skill for daily activities verification.

Others

• Forklift driving license.
• Class 4 driving license (will be an added advantage)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Working hours:

5 days work week , 3 shift rotate by week

7am - 3pm

3pm - 11pm

8.30am - 5.30pm
