Job summary

Commonwealth Kokubu Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance professional in Singapore to manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensure GL and bank reconciliations, and support audits while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for professional growth. The candidate should have 2–4 years of finance experience, familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems, and a Diploma/NITEC in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Diploma or NITEC in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform AP and AR functions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and reconcile General Ledger and bank accounts; investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor daily cash book and cash flow.
• Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in performing other finance-related duties.

Key Tasks:

• Oversee and perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and reconcile General Ledger and bank accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor daily cash book
• Coordinate and support statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in performing other Finance-related duties

Skills & Competencies:

• At least 2–4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
• Diploma or NITEC in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
