SANKYU (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support shipment readiness, stock queries, and customer communications. You will coordinate between customers, forwarders and warehouse staff, prepare documents, and help manage inbound/outbound processes.
The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency and strong service orientation. Based in Singapore, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year in a related field, good communication, and a basic understanding of 3PL and inventory
Coordinate and liaise with customers, forwarders, and warehouse personnel for shipment readiness and delivery schedules.
Assist and update customers with stock queries and shipment schedules promptly.
Prepare and handle day-to-day documents for deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with warehouse operation team to manage shipments (inbound/outbound) and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
Ensure seamless communication between the warehouse and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
Verify and issue the billing summaries to customers.
Prepare monthly reports for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations and customer service.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and present findings to the Warehouse Manager.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager to support the team and warehouse operations.
Assist with monthly stock takes, ensuring accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to the relevant personnel.
Min GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in related field.
Proven stable career history, no frequent job changes.
Basic understanding on warehouse operations (3PL) and inventory management systems is a plus.
Good interpersonal skill & customer service oriented
Working location: Tuas (**Shuttle service is provided from/to Tuas West Road MRT**)
