Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and deliveries in Singapore.

The role involves planning daily tasks for warehouse staff, ensuring accurate stock records, inventory accuracy, and coordinating with Sales, E-commerce and Logistics teams to meet order deadlines. 2–3 years warehouse experience required; Class 3 driving beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse team is preferred.
• Familiar with inventory management, stock receiving, picking and packing processes.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP, WMS or inventory systems is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an added advantage.
• Able to manage and communicate effectively with warehouse staff.
• Able to drive class 3

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and outgoing deliveries.

• Ensure all stock movements are properly recorded and updated in the system.
• Maintain good inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and support annual stock take.
• Ensure products are stored properly and warehouse space is organised efficiently.
• Monitor damaged, missing or incorrect stock and report issues accordingly.
• Coordinate with Sales, E-commerce and Logistics teams on stock and delivery requirements.
• Ensure orders are picked and packed accurately and on time.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and workplace safety.
• Monitor warehouse staff attendance, productivity and work performance.

• Location: Paya Lebar Rd

• Working Days/Timings: 5.5 Day Work Week | Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm , Sat 9am - 1pm/ 10am - 2pm
