Job summary

PeopleSearch is seeking a driven Executive Search professional to manage the full spectrum of search processes in Singapore, from sourcing and interviewing to consultation with top talents and clients.

You will conduct career consultation, map specialized talent pools, present best-fit candidates for assignments, and co-manage key accounts while building strong relationships with clients, candidates and collaborators to deliver successful projects and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales and/or business development is preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Sales driven and works well in a fast-paced environment
