• Foster client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional and tailored talent consulting services while aligning precisely with client requirements, thereby fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
• Deepen understanding of human capital dynamics by gathering market intelligence and staying abreast of emerging trends across diverse industries.
• Facilitate constructive negotiations between clients and candidates, aligning their needs and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Develop extensive connections within the professional community in Singapore and/or the wider APAC region.

What you will stand to gain:
