Job summary

Onyx Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match opportunities.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive business development to secure new accounts, and oversee offers and onboarding for a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and capable in a fast-paced team.

We are an Executive Search firm specializing in mid to senior-level placements across Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, and various Corporate Functions. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Director, the Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes:

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to match them with suitable opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Drivingbusiness development activities to identify and secure new business accounts
• Managing job offers and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for both clients and candidates

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and candidates
