Job summary

Phillip Capital Inc. in Singapore is seeking a diligent back-office support professional to ensure smooth daily operations, handle queries, and assist the Remisier/ Financial Advisory Representative and Mobile Sales Force Team.

You will coordinate system enhancements by providing user requirements, help ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver admin support for backroom operations. The ideal candidate is collaborative, quick to learn, and open to candidates with or without prior work experience.

Qualifications

• A recognised degree in any field.
• Good team player.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and pick up new skills.
• Candidates with experience in back office operations will be an advantage.
• Candidates without working experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with immediate availability or short notice are preferred.
• Knowledge and proficiency in basic coding, AI adoption, and/or RPA are preferred and advantageous.
