Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (A member of PhillipCapital) is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our B2B Equities Team. You will support settlement, middle-office operations and client servicing for corporate and institutional clients, with opportunities to contribute to automation and digitalisation projects.

The role involves onboarding, AML/KYC duties, periodic reviews, reporting and cross-functional coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with numbers and data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and willing to learn with interest in process improvement and digitalisation; exposure to AI, RPA or related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational activities including withdrawals, currency conversions, incoming fund verification, corporate actions and settlement-related matters.
• Support corporate and institutional clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders on operational and settlement matters.
• Assist with corporate account onboarding, account maintenance and client documentation.
• Support periodic AML/KYC reviews and W-8 exercises, including client communication, documentation tracking and follow-up on outstanding requirements.
• Monitor operational activities, investigate discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Prepare business reports, invoices, commission/rebate calculations and operational data.
• Support trading-platform administration, user access and market-data services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimisation, and participate in AI and RPA automation initiatives where applicable.
• Support other operational duties and projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in brokerage, banking, securities operations or financial services is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and willing to learn, with an interest in process improvement and digitalisation; prior exposure to AI, RPA, workflow automation or related tools would be an added advantage.
