Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Executive, Finance (GL) to manage the accounting function based in Singapore. The role covers monthly closing, journals, audit schedules, bank reconciliations and producing financial results and management reports.

You will assist with forecasting, budgeting, and liaising with auditors and tax agents for year-end filing; ensure statutory compliance; support ad-hoc data migration and UAT as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry.
• Well-versed in SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik, Power BI system(s) and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage.
