Job summary

Mapletree in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage the accounting function based in Singapore. The role covers monthly close, journal entries, audit schedules, bank reconciliations and management reporting.

You will analyze results, prepare forecasts and budgets, assist with audit and tax information, liaise with auditors, ensure statutory compliance and participate in ad-hoc data migration verification.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in accounting
• Well-versed in SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements
• Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik, Power BI system(s) and/or real estate knowledge would have an added advantage
• Meticulous, analytical independent, a good team player and possess good communication skills as well as the ability to deliver quality work within stipulated timeline
