Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Executive, Finance on a 12-month contract, based in Singapore. You will lead monthly close, prepare schedules and management reports, and perform variance analysis and bank reconciliations.

You will assist in preparing financial statements for audit, handle tax matters, budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate with overseas finance teams, auditors and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Close full set of accounts monthly with schedules, management reports and variance analysis.
• Ensure transactions are recorded and supported in the accounting system and filed timely.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for audit, handle tax matters, budgeting and forecasting, and credit reviews.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls and finance policies.
• Liaise with overseas finance team, auditors and external parties as required.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed.

• Ensure timely closing of full set of accounts, including preparation of schedules and management reports, variance analysis of accounts, bank reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Check and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported in accounting system and file on timely manner.
• Be involved in the preparation of financial statements for audit, handling tax matters, budgeting and forecast, perform credit reviews for potential tenants and suppliers.
• Ensure that all financial records are in compliance with respective local regulatory requirements, internal control requirements, as well as finance policies and procedures.
• Liaise with overseas finance team, inter-department, auditors, and external parties when required.
• Other ad-hoc assignments when required.
