Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd seeks a Finance professional to oversee the full spectrum of finance functions in line with statutory requirements and company policies.

Key duties include year-end and month-end closing, intercompany allocations, management reporting, GST submissions, budgeting, annual financial statements and liaison with auditors.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA qualification or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics is required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in finance roles.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-end and month-end closing activities including allocations and intercompany reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly management reports and provide financial analysis.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions.
• Involved in Mid-Year Review and Budget Exercise including review of budget assumptions.
• Prepare annual financial statements and disclosure notes.
• Assist in tax computation and tax-related queries.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax matters.
• Participate in system enhancements, process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Perform bi-annual fixed asset verification exercises.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

• Perform year-end and month-end closing activities including perform allocations, DT projects allocations, reviewing of intercompany reconciliation, and audit schedules
• Prepare monthly management reports and provide financial analysis
• Prepare quarterly GST submission
• Involved in the Mid-Year Review and Budget Exercise including review of budget assumptions and perform allocations
• Prepare annual financial statements and disclosure notes
• Assist in tax computation and tax-related queries
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on audit and tax matters
• Participate in finance system enhancements, process improvement, and automation initiatives
• Perform bi-annual fixed asset verification exercises
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements
