Job summary

Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Executive, Finance (AR & GL) to support the accounting function locally. You will assist monthly closings, prepare journals, bank reconciliations and management reports, and help with forecasting and budgeting.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA, at least 3 years of accounting experience, and is familiar with SFRS(I) and related regulations. Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools like SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
• Familiar with SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP, Blackline, BPC, Tagetik, Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly closing, journal prep, audit schedules, bank reconciliations.
• Assist in analysis of financial results, forecasting and budgeting.
• Support audit and tax information prep; liaise with auditors/tax agents.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks such as UAT and data migration verification.
