Job summary

A leading service organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in the admission and screening process for new cases. Your role involves maintaining databases, coordinating with teams, and ensuring accurate data handling. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Social Work and at least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.   • Monitor and prevent duplication in referrals or resources by cross-referencing the database and verifying consent.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure follow-up on required actions or information related to cases.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to curate and share resources and information to support case management.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or administrative capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work with high attention to detail and meticulousness in handling data and coordination tasks.
