Job description

What you will be working on:

As an Executive Engineer with Planning, Development & Corporate Services (PDCS) Division of Water Reclamation (Plant) Department, you will be part of the team responsible for contracts management of special projects. Your job role will include, but not limited to the following:

• Contract administration and management of sludge incineration contract.
• Contract administration and management of sludge transportation contract. Prepare, call and award the sludge transportation contract every 3 years.
• You will also be involved in tender preparation, calling and managing new contracts related to sludge management for the department.
• Contract administration and management of NEWater bottling works to support PUB’s effort on community engagement & outreach, national event such as National Day Parade and community events. This includes preparation, calling and award of the NEWater Bottling contract and managing the NEWater Bottling production runs.
• To assist with additional study on used water treatment on offshore islands.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Civil/Chemical/Environmental Engineering
• Experience in used water treatment process is preferred
