Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands‑on Executive Director – Business Development to lead the Group’s strategic growth and expansion across local and international markets. This is a senior leadership role combining high‑level strategic planning with operational execution, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Group’s business development and expansion strategies in Singapore and overseas markets
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business, investment, and market expansion opportunities
• Oversee and manage a diversified portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties
• Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and regular performance reports to the Board
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross‑border teams to achieve business and financial objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, investors, and government bodies
• Represent the Group in negotiations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Proven experience in a senior managerial or executive leadership role
• Mandatory overseas working experience
• Strong track record in property management and/or business expansion, preferably within international exposure
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and board‑level reporting abilities
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas regularly
