Job summary

PropNex Realty Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive for Customer Resolutions & Compliance to provide compliance guidance to our salespersons and manage disputes in Small Claims Tribunals. The role involves handling AML enquiries, mediation, and drafting legal documents, with responsibilities spanning inquiries from clients and staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma in Business or Real Estate, plus strong communication and bilingual English/Chinese abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Business, Real Estate or related discipline.
• Experience in managing complaints and disputes resolution, legal support, customer service in real estate a plus.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to handle Mandarin-speaking customers/salespersons.

Responsibilities

• Provide general compliance advice to our salespersons.
• Represent the Company in Small Claims Tribunals on claims matters.
• Attend Mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.

Responsibilities

• Provide general compliance advice on property related matters to our salespersons.
• Represent the Company on the claims matters in Small Claims Tribunals (SCT).
• Attend Mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.
• Manage Anti Money Laundering (AML) enquiries, audit check and follow up.
• Manage the enquiries and feedback from our salespersons and clients.
• Attend to our salespersons and clients walk in and phone calls.
• Draft legal documents.
• Perform any other ad hoc assignments as and when assigned in support of the department.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Business, Real Estate or any related discipline. Candidates with qualifications in other disciplines are also welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in managing complaints and disputes resolution, legal support, customer service in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a keen interest in compliance and dispute resolution are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese language as required to handle Mandarin speaking customers / salespersons.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing operational and business requirements in fast pace environment.
