Job summary

PropNex Realty Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive to provide general compliance advice on property matters to our salespersons and to represent the company in SCT claims matters. The role also handles mediation, AML enquiries and client/salesperson inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in business or real estate, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and is bilingual in English and Chinese to assist Mandarin-speaking customers. Fresh graduates encouraged.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in business, real estate, or related field.
Experience in complaints and disputes resolution is advantageous.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and client handling skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide general compliance advice on property matters to our salespersons.
Represent the Company on the claims matters in Small Claims Tribunals (SCT).
Attend Mediation sessions to resolve commission disputes.
Manage Anti Money Laundering (AML) enquiries, audit check and follow up.
Manage the enquiries and feedback from our salespersons and clients.
Attend to our salespersons and clients walk in and phone calls.
Draft legal documents.
Perform any other ad hoc assignments as and when assigned in support of the department.
