Qualifications

Experience in concierge, hospitality, executive services, or front office.
2–4 years in luxury hotels, premium aviation, executive lounges, or VIP services.

Strong English communication skills; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

Maintain a proactive floor presence and host internal and external guests.
Coordinate room bookings, arrivals, and meet-and-greet.
Provide discreet mail, parcel, and document support.
Prepare meeting spaces, catering, and hospitality settings.
