Job summary

DBS Asia Central is seeking a Concierge & Hospitality Executive to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for senior executives, assistants, and guests. You will own the service journey from welcome to follow-through, combining a polished front-of-house presence with disciplined operational execution.

You will coordinate bookings, host interactions, and discreet support while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concierge, hospitality, executive services, premium customer service, front office, or administrative support is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English with stakeholders and guests; other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome, escort, host, and engage internal senior executives and external guests.
• Coordinate room bookings, visitor details, meet-and-greet requests, and arrival handovers.
• Provide discreet mail, parcel, and document support; perform routine administrative checks.
• Oversee hospitality spaces, catering, and event coordination with hygiene and safety standards.
• Stay informed of key meetings to ensure the team is prepared and aligned with hosts.
