Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a skilled Service Ambassador to greet clients and manage the Client Centre experience with warmth and professionalism. You will support daily operations, coordinate meeting spaces, and enhance overall client satisfaction through attentive service.

The role requires a diploma in hospitality or related field, plus at least 5 years in customer service or luxury hospitality. Applicants should be impeccably presented, calm under pressure, and capable of multitasking

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in customer service, hospitality or related service industry.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or flight/airline service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and guests at Bank of Singapore Client Centre.
• Escort clients to meetings and coordinate with meeting rooms and events.
• Maintain high hospitality standards, serve beverages, handle catering and logistics.
• Provide information, support IT or presentation needs and assist with travel arrangements.
• Keep reception areas clean and well-presented and manage messages.
