The role emphasizes discretion, meticulous administration, and collaboration across teams to maintain guest profiles and ensure timely execution of arrangements. Flexible to permanent part-time or full-time schedules is required.

• Experience in VIP services in luxury hospitality, guest relations, reservations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Banyan Group properties & brand programmes is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reservations, property management, customer relationship management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage VIP guest enquiries, requests, preferences, and follow-up matters with professionalism, discretion, and urgency.
• Coordinate detailed arrangements across accommodation, dining, transportation, celebrations, experiences, and other special requests.
• Support the administration and delivery of brand programmes, benefits, entitlements, and guest recognition initiatives.
• Work closely with Banyan Group properties, internal teams, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Maintain complete and accurate guest profiles, correspondence, itineraries, trackers, and service records.
• Monitor open requests, check details carefully, and follow through until every commitment is completed.
• Handle service issues calmly, escape appropriately, and support practical resolutions.
• Follow established instructions, processes, privacy requirements, and service standards consistently.
• Contribute positively to team handovers, daily operations, peak-period coverage, and continuous improvement.
• For Assistant Manager candidates, support task allocation, quality checks, coaching, and day-to-day operational oversight.
