Job summary

Como Metropolitan Singapore seeks an Assistant Chef Concierge to oversee the concierge operations, ensuring luxury service standards and a seamless guest experience. You will coordinate with departments to anticipate needs and provide informed recommendations for dining, attractions, and transportation.

Lead the concierge team, maintain knowledge of local offerings, and ensure VIP guests receive exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Front Office or Concierge in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day concierge operations and maintain luxury service standards.
• Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish tasks.
• Manage the concierge team to drive guest satisfaction and achieve financial targets.
• Build relationships with local attractions, restaurants and services to enhance guest experiences.
• Provide recommendations and arrange services (dining, transportation, beauty, babysitting, etc.).
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and facilities to assist VIP guests effectively.
