Job summary

Argyll Scott Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Change Management Lead for a 12-month contract to drive transformation initiatives.

You will focus on employee engagement, communications and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition. You will develop and execute change plans, assess impact on people and processes, and coordinate stakeholder communications, training and readiness activities across HR and business teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in change management, business transformation or PMO.
• Proven experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the change management plan with timelines and deliverables.
• Assess impact on employees, processes and ways of working.
• Coordinate employee communications, FAQs, townhalls and engagement activities.
• Align with HR, Communications and business teams to ensure readiness.
• Identify training needs and coordinate related activities.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to management.
• Support adoption of changes and address concerns during transition.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to develop and executechange management activities in support of a major organisationaltransformation. The role will focus on employee engagement, communications andbusiness readiness to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the change managementplan, including key activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Assess the impact of changes on employees,processes and ways of working.
• Develop and coordinate employee communications,FAQs, townhalls and engagement activities.
• Work closely with HR, Communications andbusiness teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Identify training and awareness needs andcoordinate relevant activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and provideregular updates to management.
• Support employee adoption of changes and addressconcerns throughout the transition.

Job Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in changemanagement, business transformation or project management.
• Proven experience supporting organisationalchange or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication andcoordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and engageeffectively with senior management.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Experience in financial services or insurance ispreferred.
• Change management certification is an advantage.
