The Role
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the masterdata tasks. Organizes and collaborates with all commercial businesses to implement and execute master data Standard Operating Procedures and works closely with the leaders on assigned tasks to achieve the company's goals and meeting personal KPIs. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of master data in the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day master data tasks including validation, creation, maintenance, and regular data cleansing
- Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with SOPs and audit requirements
- Monitor and resolve performance or data issues through error checks and corrective actions
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Review and improve data maintenance forms and business protocols
- Maintain and update SOPs; train team members on compliance standards
- Support process control implementation and regular data quality checks
Administrative & Stakeholder Support
- Provide admin and secretarial support, including meeting coordination and internal communications
- Handle procurement tasks, filing, and record security for the department
- Liaise with stakeholders and auditors on data-related and compliance matters
Reporting & Projects
- Assist in generating reports for cleanup and commercial use as needed
- Participate in ad hoc projects (e.g., DFWAY, GEWS) or tasks assigned by the manager or director
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Retail, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may also apply)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other MS Office tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong in administrative work
- Good communication and listening skills; open to feedback
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and share knowledge
