Job summary

Ren Ci Hospital in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant, Community Engagement on a 2-year contract. You will oversee the strategic placement of donation boxes in high-traffic locations, ensure their visibility and accessibility, and handle permissions, collection, and replacement on a monthly schedule.

Maintain donors’ confidentiality, manage collection routes, follow safety protocols, and record reporting with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level and above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in fundraising setting.
• Class 3 driving license (manual) is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Good public relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic placement of donation boxes in high-traffic locations, ensuring visibility and accessibility.
• Obtain necessary permissions, collect and replace boxes.
• Maintain and respect donors’ confidentiality.
• Plan the monthly collection and placement schedule for donation boxes.
• Manage collection routes and schedules to ensure timely collection and placement.
• Follow safety protocols when handling donation boxes in public spaces.
• Record, handle, and report with meticulous attention to detail.
• Adapt to changes in schedules, locations, or procedures.
• Engage with merchants/donors to foster relationships and promote the organisation’s image.
• Deliver documents and festive gifts.
• Occasionally work after office hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by HOD.
