Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Donation Box Coordinator based in Novena, Singapore. You will coordinate the placement, collection, maintenance, and replacement of donation boxes across locations, plan routes, and maintain a monthly schedule.

You will adhere to safety guidelines and foster good relationships with merchants and donors. Flexibility is required to work outside regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, and to support fundraising events as needed, under the

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 3 driving license (manual).
• Minimum GCE "O" Level and above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the placement, collection, maintenance, and replacement of donation boxes across locations.
• Plan and manage collection routes and schedules to ensure timely collection and placement of donation boxes.
• Develop and maintain a monthly schedule for donation box collection and placement activities.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines when handling and transporting donation boxes in public areas.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with merchants and donors, representing the organisation professionally.
• Provide support and assistance for fundraising events when required.
• Be prepared to work outside of regular office hours, including weekends and Public Holidays, when required.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
