Ren Ci Hospital is seeking a dedicated team member to oversee the strategic placement of donation boxes in high-traffic areas in Singapore. You will obtain permissions, collect and replace boxes, and plan monthly schedules while maintaining donor confidentiality.

The role requires 3 years fundraising experience, a Class 3 driving license, and proficiency with MS Office. You will manage routes, report accurately, and support events, with occasional after-hours work.

Formación

• Class 3 driving license (manual) is mandatory.
• Minimum GCE "O" Level and above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in fundraising setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Good public relations and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee placement of donation boxes in high-traffic locations.
• Obtain permissions for placement and collect/replace boxes.
• Plan monthly collection and placement schedules.
• Manage donation box collection routes and schedules.
• Follow safety protocols when handling donation boxes in public spaces.
• Record, handle and report with meticulous accuracy.
• Adapt to changes in schedules, locations, or procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor information and financial details.
• Engage with donors to foster relationships and promote the organization.
• Deliver documents and festive gifts as needed.
• Support fundraising events.
• Occasionally work after office hours, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by HOD.
