Job summary

Singapore Children's Society is seeking a Senior Executive/Executive of Donor Engagement to ensure a consistent, timely and meaningful donor journey. You will translate stewardship plans into day-to-day execution while upholding high standards of donor experience, governance and operational excellence.

The role focuses on relationship management, donor segmentation, and coordinating engagement activities across the donor lifecycle to strengthen retention and impact reporting.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications preferred.
• Experience in fundraising or relationship management is advantageous.
• Experience engaging diverse stakeholders and building professional relationships.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance or fundraising regulations is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate donor stewardship initiatives and engagements across the donor journey.
• Manage donor touchpoints including welcome journeys, impact updates and renewal reminders.
• Prepare correspondence, proposals and reports to support donor engagement and fundraising.
• Develop stewardship calendars, engagement trackers and operational schedules.
