Job summary

Asia Community Foundation (ACF) in Singapore seeks a highly organized Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Development & Engagement (Operations) to support donor and partner services across onboarding, monitoring and stewardship.

Reporting to the Director of Development & Engagement, the role coordinates with Finance, Compliance and Grants teams to ensure timely, accurate documentation and professional delivery.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in philanthropy or related fields.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple processes, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience working with CRM systems, databases or other workflow management systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working with documentation, data and process requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, follow through and proactively identify issues requiring attention.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in philanthropy, donor services, compliance, fund administration or cross-border giving would be an advantage.
• Mandarin or another Asian language would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new donors and partners, coordinating with internal teams.
• Coordinate donor onboarding, monitoring progress and follow-ups.
• Administer grant applications and funding requests.
• Prepare and submit grant reports to funders.
• Establish philanthropic vehicles and engagements (Hosted Funds etc.).
• Maintain fund documents and records across CRM and internal systems.
• Develop CRM workflows, reporting and data management practices.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards for planning and management.
• Support process improvements and cross-team hand-offs.
