The Singapore Red Cross Society is seeking a Donor Services Coordinator to support the Blood Donor Recruitment Programme through proactive donor engagement and essential administrative operations.

You will schedule donation appointments, conduct urgent donor recalls during low-stock periods, and educate the community on donation criteria and recognition programmes while ensuring accurate data records for audit readiness and program continuity.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a recognised local polytechnic or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centre operations, or administrative support is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build rapport with diverse donor profiles.

Responsabilités

• Drive donor recruitment and retention through proactive tele-engagement and appointment scheduling.
• Manage inbound donor interactions across channels for appointments, eligibility, and events.
• Oversee donor communications and administrative processes including donor recognition and call records for audit readiness.
