Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the centre, including but not limited to:

  • Managing front desk operations
  • Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting customers with registrations and requests
  • Handling student registrations and related administrative matters
  • Supporting day-to-day centre operations
  • Providing administrative support to the Admin Manager
  • Assisting with the sourcing and management of general office supplies (e.g. stationery, pantry items)
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

Requirements

Working Hours

  • Sunday off
  • Monday to Friday: 12.00pm – 7.30pm
  • Saturday:
    • 8.00am – 2.30pm or
    • 12.00pm – 6.30pm
