Montfort Care is seeking an Executive, Estate & Infrastructure (E&I) to support day-to-day facilities across our premises. You will coordinate maintenance, track issues, conduct site inspections, and engage internal stakeholders to ensure a safe, functional environment.
You will work with centre representatives, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to promote operational excellence, business continuity, and continuous improvement, including audit preparation and tracking corrective actions.

The role is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, tracking facilities-related matters, conducting site inspections, supporting audit requirements, and engaging internal stakeholders to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with centre representatives, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to support operational excellence and business continuity across all sites.
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management or related field. (3-5 years of relevant experience for diploma holders).
