The Role

As an Exclusive Client Account Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our most distinguished corporate clients Accounts. You will manage high-stakes accounts where discretion, luxury, and "impossible" logistics are the daily standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • AccountIntegrity: Oversee digitaltransactional flows and service contracts, ensuring 100% compliance and transparency.
  • VVIPRelationship Management: Act as the dedicated concierge for Royal and VVIP accounts, ensuring every request is met with precision and elegance.
  • ProtocolOversight: Ensure all arrangements strictly adhere to Exclusive International & local clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in managing digitaltransactional flows and service contracts, while ensuring 100% compliance and transparency.
  • Demeanor: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals and government officials.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore’s luxury ecosystem (5-star hotels, private aviation, and exclusive attractions).
