Job summary

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to manage testing flows and support manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Responsibilities include ensuring quality in production and utilizing lean methodologies. Candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply, fostering a diverse workplace.

YOUR ROLE
  • Responsible for testing flow and yield of a family of devices
  • Sustain and support daily manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation
  • Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, cost effectiveness by working with Maintenance Specialist and Product Supervisors to achieve overall committed objectives
  • Cross functional; cross department; cross EWS support including global coverage based on prioritization
  • Require performing yield and through put improvement programs to achieve massive test cost efficiency
  • Scope needs to undertake product transfer and modification of test programs to ensure high productivity and quality
  • Effective teamwork and communication with support groups, such as Planning and Maintenance Departments to ensure smooth production and other work areas
  • Lead and/or Participate in the investigation containment plan and solution on day-to-day technical problems affecting production line
  • Practice, participate, lead projects using Lean methodologies
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
  • Relevant Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant experiences in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry are an advantage
  • Understanding of testing concepts
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Good Written and communication skills
  • Microsoft office skills Bachelor degree in electrical & electronics or similar
