Job summary

Healthy Edge (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an energetic Event Planner to design and execute engaging company events in Singapore. You will handle planning, coordination, on-site management and customer engagement to deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include logistics, vendor coordination, marketing support, and post-event reporting. The role requires strong communication and multitasking skills, with occasional weekend work for scheduled events.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple events and teams.
• Experience in marketing or event planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate company events such as cooking classes and health talks.
• Develop event schedules and activity plans to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage venue setup, logistics, materials and refreshments on-site.
• Handle registration, guest reception and on-site arrangements.
• Promote events via WhatsApp, social media and other channels.
• Follow up with participants to boost attendance and engagement.
• Coordinate with trainers, chefs, suppliers and internal teams.
• Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports.
