Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the project lead in managing event operations.
• Oversee team management, supplier/vendor coordination, and venue logistics.
• Plan and propose efficient workflow structures for projects.
• Create innovative and compelling event proposals for clients.
• Source and secure cost-effective solutions for event requirements and logistics from various suppliers.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site setup and teardown activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project requirements.
• Liaise with venue owners and coordinate layout and event day run sheet preparation.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, and managing volunteers and event crews.
• Liaise with media outlets and influencers to promote events.
