Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Creative thinker with ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative event concepts
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop creative event ideas, themes, and experiences
• Plan and coordinate corporate, social, and private events
• Meet with clients to understand objectives, preferences, and requirements
• Prepare event proposals, quotations, and presentation materials
• Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and venue partners
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
• Conduct site visits and oversee event setup and execution
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations
• Follow up with clients before and after events to ensure satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends and ideas
