Supermom Pte Ltd is seeking an Events Executive who is highly organised, meticulous and self-driven to plan, coordinate and execute parenting masterclasses, community events and brand activations. You will own event workstreams from preparation to post-event completion, maintain briefs and run sheets, manage timelines and ensure accuracy across pages and materials.

You will liaise with internal teams, speakers, vendors and partners, monitor progress, handle on-site coordination and deliver clear

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in event management or coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive problem solver with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute events including parenting masterclasses, community events and activations.
• Own event workstreams from preparation through post-event completion.
• Review briefs, run sheets, registration details and materials for accuracy.
• Maintain and update event pages, programmes and terms and conditions.
• Liaise with internal teams, speakers, vendors and partners.
• Provide on-site support and post-event reporting.
