Job summary

WELOVESUPERMOM PTE. LTD. is seeking an Events Executive to plan, coordinate and execute events and partnership initiatives.

The role requires meticulous, self-driven professionals who own tasks from start to finish and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. You will manage multiple priorities, proactively address issues, and ensure accuracy across event pages, materials and communications. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in event management, event coordination, marketing or project coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events including parenting masterclasses, community events, brand activations and promotional initiatives.
• Own assigned event workstreams, manage timelines, deliverables and coordination from prep to post-event.
• Prepare event briefs, run sheets, checklists, presentations, registration details and materials for accuracy.
