Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an events logistics coordinator to manage on-site program activities in Singapore. You will organize materials, coordinate vendors, and ensure seamless execution of conferences, meetings, and related events.

The role requires planning and execution skills, strong communication with clients and stakeholders, and the ability to handle travel, accommodations, and administrative tasks for programs.

Responsabilités

• Manage logistics and provide support for on-site program/events related activities
• Organise program materials and manage inventory
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events (like conferences, meetings & etc).
• Coordinating and managing timelines with engaged vendors
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless planning and execution of their events
• Oversee event logistics (such as networking opportunities, catering, AV, transportation)
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries
• Handle administrative tasks related to programs/events
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
