Job summary

Bounce Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking event staff to lead Hosts, ensure top guest experiences, and manage event operations. You will train teams, handle check-ins, and coordinate merchandise and box-office activities to deliver a seamless venue experience.

Qualifications

• Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commit at least 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Hosts to ensure engagement and exceptional guest experiences.
• Facilitate training and induction for Hosts to meet role requirements.
• Ensure Hosts follow systems and complete checklists on time.
• Performance manage Hosts, including conversations about availability and policy adherence.
• Welcome and serve guests with high product and service knowledge.
• Manage guest flow in greeting and gathering areas and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle check-in/check-out efficiently and provide necessary information and assistance.
• Operate box office, ticket sales, distribution, and resolve ticket issues.
• Forward guest feedback to the Venue Manager for review.
• Communicate safety briefings and enforce safety rules with a prevention focus.
• Monitor injury prevention and ensure safe responses on the floor.
• Prepare and set up event spaces and deliver coordinated experiences from arrival to departure.
• Stock and present merchandise according to standards and manage stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and presentable premises.
• Comply with safety updates and changes communicated by management.
