Job summary

Playlab Events Singapore is seeking energetic Events Assistants / Events Crew to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences across corporate events, carnivals, roadshows, and brand activations in Singapore. You will support event planning, preparation, and on-site execution, coordinate logistics, manage guest engagement, and assist with post-event reporting.

Training is provided and previous event experience is not required; you will gain hands-on exposure to operations, registration,

Qualifications

• No prior event experience required; training will be provided.
• Energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic team players welcome.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site operations.
• Support logistics planning, equipment preparation, and inventory management.
• Coordinate event materials, vendors, and manpower where required.
• Manage registration counters and guest engagement activities.
• Operate and supervise event games, inflatables, arcade machines, and activity stations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests throughout events.
• Support photography, social media content creation, and event documentation.
• Assist with post-event packing, reporting, and feedback collection.
